Dr. Kristen Willeumier, Ph.D.

A neuroscientist with expertise in the fields of neuroimaging and psychiatry, leading clinical trials to gain a deeper understanding of the effects of traumatic brain injury and sports related concussion on brain function. Strong research professional with a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and postdoctoral scientist in the Department of Neurology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Former Director of Research in the Department of Clinical Neuroimaging for the Amen Clinics, a nationally recognized mental health care clinic. Author of the upcoming book Biohack Your Brain: How to Boost Cognitive Health, Performance & Power to be published by the William Morrow imprint at HarperCollins on Dec 29, 2020.

Bruce Tollner

Bruce is an attorney and the Founder of REP 1 Sports, a premier sports agency in Irvine, CA.
Bruce has been representing NFL superstars for over 25 years covering all areas of college recruiting, combine training, pre-draft preparation, the NFL draft, negotiating contracts, player marketing, and post-playing career guidance.

While a student earning a business major and finance minor from the University of Southern California, Bruce also worked for the USC football program, played baseball, and rowed for the crew team.

Paul Caligiuri

Caligiuri's professional career spanned 16 years, during which he played for numerous teams in the United States and Germany, and for the US Men's Nation Team. During his 14 years as a defender and defensive midfielder with the national team, he earned 110 caps and scored five goals.

Caligiuri is best remembered for his game-winning goal widely dubbed the "The Shot Heard Around The World" which he scored in a 1–0 World Cup qualifier victory over Trinidad and Tobago on November 19, 1989. The victory qualified the United States for the 1990 World Cup in Italy its first World Cup berth since 1950. There Caligiuri notched the first World Cup goal for the U.S. national team in 40 years, scoring in a 5–1 defeat against Czechoslovakia. He is a member of the Nation Soccer Hall of Fame.

Matthew N. Koury, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Koury is a private psychiatrist who focuses on providing personalized care that adheres to current evidence-based standards. He was formally trained in both public health and clinical psychiatry at several esteemed institutions and is board certified in both General Adult Psychiatry as well as Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Koury prides himself mostly on connecting to his patients and addressing their individual needs.

Michael Moyer

Mike is a Partner in BakerHostetler’s Corporate practice group. He focuses on supporting growing technology companies and handles a wide variety of complex corporate finance, securities, and commercial transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, and the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. In recent years, he has worked extensively in the sustainable industries and life science sectors and currently represents some of our region’s most promising companies in these sectors.
